Welcome to Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack. This readme details the contents of the BizTalk Adapter Pack and also contains important, late-breaking information.

Inside the BizTalk Adapter Pack

The following table shows the content of the BizTalk Adapter Pack in the <installation folder> after setup. Typically the installation folder is <installation drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack on a 32-bit computer and <installation drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack(x64) on a 64-bit computer.

Contains the product ID (PID) for the BizTalk Adapter Pack. Should you encounter any issues with the BizTalk Adapter Pack, you must mention the PID for the BizTalk Adapter Pack in all communications with Microsoft Support.

Installing the BizTalk Adapter Pack

For detailed information about installation and installation-related troubleshooting of the BizTalk Adapter Pack, see the BizTalk Adapter Pack installation guide. The installation guide is available at:

  • Before installing the BizTalk Adapter Pack: On the installation media, at the same directory level as the BizTalk Adapter Pack installer.

  • After installing the BizTalk Adapter Pack: Installed typically at <installation drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack\Documents.

Troubleshooting the BizTalk Adapter Pack

For detailed troubleshooting information, see the “Troubleshooting” section in the product documentation for each adapter in the BizTalk Adapter Pack.
