For example, you can create a view that shows you just the appointments on your calendar that are labeled Must Attend or are categorized as Important. You can switch between filtered views to find just the calendar entries you want to see. You add filters by using the Calendar Views toolbar, which opens in your Outlook Calendar after you install the add-in. ----------- Notes ----------- Views are created based on the Day, Work Week, Week, or Month selection in effect in Calendar at the time you create the view. After you apply a view, you can change the number of days displayed in the view by clicking Day, Work Week, Week, or Month on the View menu in Calendar. After you install the Calendar Views Add-in, you must restart Outlook. You can switch back to the Calendar view that was in effect before you started using the Calendar Views Add-in at any time. On the View menu, point to Arrange By, point to Current View, and then click No filter.
