Step 5: Align the Controls 
- Switch to Design view.
- On the Format menu, click Alignment and Sizing. If you don't see this command on the menu, click the arrows at the bottom of the menu to display all of the possible commands.

The Alignment and Sizing toolbar contains the following buttons (from left to right): Align Left, Align Right, Align Top, Align Bottom, Size Height, Size Width, and Size Height/Width. - Click the CompanyName box. This is the source control that you will align other boxes to.
- Double-click the Align Left button on the Alignment and Sizing toolbar, then click the Country box, the OrderID label, and the OrderID box to align them to the CompanyName box. Click the Align Left button again so that it doesn't appear pressed in.
- Note To align multiple controls to a source control, double-click the alignment button, and then click the controls that you want to align to the source control. To align only one control to a source control, click the alignment button once, and then click the control that you want to align to the source control.
- Make sure the CompanyName box is selected, click the Align Right button, and then click the OrderDate box.
- Click the OrderDate box, click the Align Left button, and then click the OrderDate label.
- Make sure the OrderDate box is selected, click the Align Top button, and then click the OrderID box.
- Click Header:Orders.
- On the View menu, click Properties, and then click the Format tab.
- Set the Height property to 0.25in.
- Save the page and switch to Page view to see the results.
