This update provides support for additional models of set-top boxes in Windows XP Media Center Edition. Install this update only if your specific set-top box does not work with Windows XP Media Center Edition. If your set-top box control is working, or you are not using a set-top box, do not install this update.

1. Restart your computer to complete the installation.
2. Start Media Center.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select TV/DVD.
5. Select TV signal.
6. Use the wizard to configure your set-top box.
