Performance Monitor Service Time Zone Update

This update resolves an issue with the performance monitor and system monitor logs, and is discussed in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) Article Q308276. When the time zone setting for the monitor is set to your local time zone, the logs cannot be stopped.   1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
