Outlook Express is the easy way to send e-mail and participate in Internet newsgroups. Even if you've never sent e-mail before, Outlook Express makes it simple by including a setup wizard to help you get started. 1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Click Outlook Express 5.
4. Click Add/Remove.
