Security Update, February 9, 2000
This update eliminates the "Image Source Redirect" security vulnerability in Internet Explorer, and is discussed in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS00-009. Download now to prevent a malicious Web site operator from reading (but not adding, changing, or deleting) certain types of files on your computer.

This update applies to Internet Explorer 5, Internet Explorer 5.01, or Internet Explorer 4.x running on Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows NT 4.0 DEC Alpha.
Note Internet Explorer 3.x, and all versions of Internet Explorer for Windows 3.1, Windows NT 3.51, UNIX (Solaris), and Macintosh are not affected by this issue.
Restart your computer to complete the installation.
